More Than a Career. A Calling.

ABOUT JEFF

For more than thirty years, I've had the privilege of leading teams, developing leaders, and coaching sales professionals through some of the biggest decisions of their careers.

Along the way, I discovered that the moments that mattered most weren't the titles, the awards, or the results - they were the conversations that helped someone see what they couldn't see on their own.

Helping people grow never felt like work. It felt like purpose.

Why “BeFound”?

One conversation changed everything.

Toward the end of a coaching relationship, I felt prompted to do something I don't normally do. I asked if my client would close our final session in prayer.

As we finished, he prayed something I'll never forget.

God, I just want to be found.

In that moment, I knew.

So many people aren't lacking talent or potential. They're searching for clarity. They're looking for purpose. They want to know they're seen, valued, and capable of becoming who they were created to be.

That's where the name BeFound was born.

My Mission

I don't believe people need someone to hand them all the answers.

I believe they need someone who will ask the right questions, challenge their thinking, hold them accountable, and help them recognize what God has already placed inside them.

Whether you're leading a company, navigating a career transition, or trying to determine your next step, my goal isn't to tell you who to become.

It's to help you become who you were created to be.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

JEREMIAH 29:11

"The greatest privilege of my career has been helping people find who they were created to be."
